Polenta
INGREDIENTS:
4 cups of Tres Monjitas® Fresh Milk
1 tsp. of salt
1 cup of yellow corn flour
½ cup of shredded parmesan cheese
⅓ cup of butter
PROCEDURE
In a medium saucepan, pour the Tres Monjitas® Fresh Milk with salt and heat until boiling point. Gradually, pour the yellow corn flour, stirring constantly. Remove saucepan from the burner, add the parmesan cheese and butter, and mix until a creamy consistency.
Serve immediately.
Tip: Perfect side dish for chicken or roast beef. Can be served and garnished with sautéed mushrooms or green vegetables. Add more milk for a creamier polenta.
