
Pasta Alfredo
Ingredients:
1 lb. Boiled fettuccine pasta
¼ cup butter
¼ cup wheat flour
1 1/2 cup of TRES MONJITAS HALF & HALF
1 1/2 cup chicken broth
¼ cup parmesan cheese
A pinch of nutmeg
Salt as desired

You can add chicken or fish
Procedure
- 1Pour 4 cups of water and salt as desired in a saucepan and bring to a boil
- 2Add the fettuccine and cook at medium temperature for 5-7 minutes
- 3Drain the pasta and set it aside
- 4Place a saucepan on the stove at low heat and melt the butter
- 5Add the wheat flour and stir until it forms a pasty mixture
- 6Add the chicken broth and Tres Monjitas Half & Half cup over the mixture, while stirring
- 7Then add the parmesan cheese, a pinch of nutmeg, and salt as desired
- 8Cook for 5-8 minutes at moderate temperature
- 9Serve the sauce over the pasta
