
Coquito
Ingredients:
1 can of TRES MONJITAS CREAM OF COCONUT
1 can of TRES MONJITAS EVAPORATED MILK
I can TRES MONJITAS COCONUT MILK
1 can of condensed milk
3 cinnamon sticks
Cinnamon powder (as desired)
3 cloves
A lemon zest or a 2-inch piece of ginger
White rum as desired (optional)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup of water
Procedure
- 1Boil 1/2 cup of water, cinnamon, lemon zest or piece of ginger and cloves
- 2Strain to obtain the tea of spices
- 3Mix the tea with the rest of the ingredients, add rum as desired (optional) and bottle it
- 4Keep refrigerated and shake well before serving
- 5This recipe is enough for two 32 oz. bottles or four 16 oz. bottles
