
Chocolate Cake
Ingredients:
2 butter bars
1 1/2 cups of brown sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
4 eggs
1 cup of dark chocolate chips
2 cups cake flour
1 cup of cocoa powder
1 cup Tres Monjitas SOUR CREAM
1 cup of dark chocolate chips topping
1 cup of Tres Monjitas HEAVY CREAM
Procedure
- 1Pre-heat oven to 350 F degrees
- 2Grease a 9-inch cake-baking dish
- 3In a separate bowl, pour butter, sugar and eggs, and mix with an electric mixer until a creamy consistency
- 4Add flour, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, chocolate chips, and mix until evenly blended
- 5 Add Tres Monjitas Sour Cream and mix until creamy and even
- 6Pour the mixture in the mold and bake for 45 to 50 minutes
- 7While cake is cooling down, pour Tres Monjitas Heavy Cream in a saucepan at medium heat
- 8Add chocolate chips and stir until a homogeneous mixture is obtained
- 9Let the mixture cool down and pour it over the cake in a zig zag motion until it is completely decorated
